Perfect Desserts! The Vietnamese Restaurant “AN COM AN CA”

Hello, this is Sakai.

Today, I want to introduce you to the best Vietnamese restaurant I have found so far in Bangkok, located in EmSphere. As the title suggests, everything from the main dishes to the desserts was perfect and I left completely satisfied.


The restaurant is on the second floor of EmSphere and despite it being a weekday evening, it was fully packed.


Here is the menu: The desserts are listed right at the beginning of the menu. As someone who likes to plan meals backwards from dessert, this immediately lifted my spirits.

 

First up is Saigon beer.

It has a taste that pairs perfectly with ice, just like Thai beer.

The spicy coriander salad is served on rice crackers. It’s a must-try for coriander lovers.

The fried spring rolls were exceptional with their crispy texture.

The chicken pho was also incredibly delicious, with chewy rice noodles that I could eat endlessly.

 

Now for the highlight, the desserts

The Vietnamese sweet, Bánh Flan, is similar to a custard pudding in Japan, but it comes with ice and is topped with Vietnamese coffee. It’s absolutely delicious, and even as I write this blog, I want to go back for more.

And the Vietnamese coffee, which is close to espresso. I prefer it without condensed milk.

There are still many dishes I want to try. I plan to visit again to explore more.

The prices might be a bit higher compared to other Vietnamese restaurants, as it is EmSphere pricing.
