Very exciting times for UNIQLO as Roger Federer is now publicly the official global brand ambassador!
For more than a decade Roger has been with Nike and in March 2018 his contract had expired. At first, since we are so used to seeing Federer in Nike it occurs a bit surprising but who can deny it, Federer will always be Federer.
What the clothing line embraces: ‘Japaneseness’
- Shun [旬] means ‘timing’, best timing’ and ‘trend’ something that is updated just in time neither early or late.
- Kino-bi [機能美] function and beauty joined together. Clothing presented in organized and rational manner in which create an artistic pattern and rhythm.
These 2 aspects combined present what is modern Japan culture.
