We’ve all heard of this expression or something similar to the expression “PLAYING IN THE ZONE.” In tennis when your in the zone all your shots are just coming off of your racket so effortlessly and your body just flows. Only afterwards do you realize what just happened. Playing in the zone you are simply just Being. Its all white like a blank canvas sheet.
Seeing the Field: Legend of Bagger Vance
A great movie example to be in the ZONE. How caddy Bagger Vance (Will Smith) helps Junah (Matt Damon) get into the ZONE.
Dragon Ball Super Mastered Ultra Instinct
One of my favorite cartoon anime that I’ve been following since I was child is Dragon Ball. In the most recent episodes, Goku masters the technique known as Ultra Instinct. A state of Be-ing where Goku is free of all self conscious thought and he simply reacts instinctually to his opponents attacks.
