Hello everyone!

Developing the strength(s) from『ZERO』to『１』is the『ZERO1』mini camp.

The 2nd of the 3 part series (February,June,September); the allout ZERO1 Pattaya tennis camp will take place June 9th(Sat)~10th(Sun) at the Siam Bayshore Resort & Spa. A program part of the annual winter 『allout beat』camp.

Each individual at this camp will deepen their fundamental technique, tactics, and introduced to habits in order to compete at the next level.

Watch, listen, ask, copy, repeat, steal, and make proper mistakes. Don’t miss this opportunity to be coached from former ATP top 200 ranked, Japan Davis cup, and Asian games gold medalist.

Are you eating a balanced meal to support your bodies needs both recovery and development ? Make it a habit.

Beach run before breakfast

Starting the day off early getting the heart rate up is great for your body and mental clarity
