group exercise

Hello everyone!
Everyday around 18:00 large groups form sometimes in the hundreds at Lumpini parks for the daily aerobic exercise routine moving to the beat of loud disco-tech. The energetic instructor has on a wireless headset counting out steps and signaling movements. When you walk by crowd you can not help but to feel the urge to join. Very close to APF, I have even seen this activity in front of Tesco Lotus across from Big C Rama 4. (photo above is Lumpini Park)

The Vibe

If you want to get a daily cardio workout that is fun and not too difficult then this may be the answer. Everyone naturally makes enough room for each other.  No competition or performance just healthy exercise.

My daughter (Rei) @ King Rama 9 park

The beat is very fast for her as she tries to follow along. Thinking of dance classes for her. http://dance-centre.comI wonder if the instructors are doing this as volunteer? If they are, what a beautiful way to give back to the community.

By the way
